CANCELLATION POLICY

• Registration for Mahaneocon 2026 is final. No cancellation requests will be accepted once the payment is processed.

• Registrations are non-transferable to other delegates or future events.

REFUND POLICY

• No Refunds: The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Duplicate Transactions: In the event of a duplicate payment due to a technical glitch, the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 10–15 working days after successful verification.

• All refund claims for duplicate payments must be submitted via email to [Insert Email] within 7 days of the transaction.
